Online copper analyzer Based on the national standard testing method, the detection range is 0-5mg/L. For water samples with higher concentrations, we analyze them using the precise dilution water sample method. Firstly, hydroxylamine hydrochloride is added through a peristaltic pump to reduce divalent copper ions to cuprous ions. In a solution with pH ≤ 7, the bath copper reagent reacts with it to form a yellow complex. The absorbance value is measured at a specific wavelength, and the result is automatically calculated using the built-in curve formula. According to the water sample situation, in order to avoid interference ions affecting the analysis accuracy, masking agents need to be added to the water sample to remove interfering ions.
